Disable Cooldown Sounds

Disables the annoying cooldown event sounds added in DLC1 for all weapons.

Should be compatible with all mods, and all weapons except those using custom Cooldown Components.
MercTech and Yet Another Weapon has this integrated already, this mod will not have further effect (but won't break anything, either).

No more woopwoopwoop!
This makes Dr. Zoidberg unhappy, and everyone else very happy.

Overrides vanilla WeaponCooldownComponent, sets Cooldown Complete, Cooldown Error and Cooldown Loop AK events to none.
