Description
This Ruleset is exactly the same
as the original "Infinite's Aftermath Edit"
except for these changes:

1. You can't build Towns.
2. You can't build Airfields.
3. There is no Global Warming.
4. You can only have up to 4 New Orders per turn.
5. You start with only 50 Money.
