No Minimum Temperature

Description
The mod removes the minimum temperature for the building's outputs, that have the temperature less than 350K (a little over 75C), which is my arbitrary limit. For the vanilla game that includes:

Algae Distillary
Algae Terrarium
Composter
Electrolizer
Ethanol Distillery (only the ethanol itself)
Fertilizer Synthesizer (only the fertilizer itself)
Gas Range
Oxygen Diffuser
Oil Refinery
Oxylite Refinery
Polimer Press (only the plastic)
Rust Deoxydizer

This change should also work for modded buildings.

Updated 04.10.22 for a new ONI version.

This mod was showing as "not compatible" since the October 2022 update. Removing subscription and reloading the mod seemed to fix it.
