Shader - Lightened Damage

Back in Early Access this mod would lighten damage and Doomsphere effects, but since Doomsphere effect was imrpoved in final, it only affects damage now.

What exactly it does is that damage red color on screen will be applied only during hits that do a lot of them. That also means that the blnking red when you are low on health is disabled as well, and I know that this is issue for some people.

Compitability with other mods: Will not fit with other shader mods.
