to launch, Hold T and reach out to the button, The Silo Door will then open and you'll now have to hold W to begin lift off, the Rocket will automatically follow your mouse, so just hold W all the way to the Target after it exited the Silo.

Note: The Rocket will keep itself straight until you reach a certain altitude above the Silo.
