(OUTDATED) Fast zombie cables- bootleg fix

Description
Primitive fix for unexplainable anomaly that has been annoying me since forever- cables hanging from fast zombie arms.

This simply makes dx8 cable texture invincible, keep in mind that anything else that uses that texture will be partially messed up (e.g. some ropes).

Maybe someone else will figure out a proper fix for that one day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
