Simple Liquid Nitrogen Mod

Adds the below-freezing Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) as a liquid, as well as a flask to access it.

In short, liquid nitrogen is a far-below-freezing liquid, with a boiling temperature of roughly -195 degrees Celsius. Its implementation here allows it to freeze any living thing quite solid via only a small injection, and thanks to the help of the modding Discord and zooi in particular, also quickly freezes anything containing it or contacting one of those containers.

(Sadly still no way to make it freeze via water spout. That seems to be a game limitation.)
