More Galaxy sizes

Epic: 1500 stars, up to 40 empires
Gigantic: 2000 stars, up to 50 empires
Colossal: 2500 stars, up to 60 empires
Legendary: 3000 stars, up to 70 empires
Insane: 4000 stars, up to 80 empires

All systems have names

This mod should normally work with new versions of Stellaris, even if marked as outdated

I subbed. I have an ongoing game so I can't test this yet. I wanna try the biggest galaxy. Part of me wonders if my pc will be able to not explode trying to manage so many systems and civilizations :steamfacepalm:. Hopefully not :steamhappy:.
