This achievement can be accomplished on the first level of the mission if done correctly.

1. Have your game set to Very Easy to prevent yourself from dying immediately to wretches.

2. Using both barrels and wretches, you wanna ensure that the last number in your health ends in 6-3-1.

3. It doesn't matter how much you have in terms of anything past those.
183 = Good
86 = Good
41 = Good

4. DO NOT pick up any health from dropped by wretches or played around. (Most heal for 10-15 and can mess the whole run up.)

5. In the final part of the level, a door closes and a horde of wretches emerge. Kill all of them except for one and let him hit you until it reaches 1 HP.

6. Kill them.

7. Ensure you avoid the health kit placed at the end of the open door path.

8. BOOM! Achievement!

the last number of your hp doesn't matter, just make sure you have 20 hp or less when you grab the secret armor, then at the end let them hit you until you have 1 hp

I switched gamemode to Easy, got myself hit a few times to get the 6-3-1 number, then switched back to very easy and let the wretch hit me until I had 1 hp left

when i got the untouchable achievement it said for not taking any damage in a level?:wrongway:

One tip to make this a little if not a lot easier.
Do it in New game Plus, set the enemy damage to 0,25 and all hits will be 1 damage point. Sometimes you get hit for 2 HP, but most of the time its just 1 hp. Got it first try without caring about the last number of my HP

Using the lava with a bit of armor makes it way easier actually on the first level

Hi, if you go to 1hp at the begining of the level then quick save near the hobbo and complete the rest of the level with 1hp you will also get the untouchable achivement, happened to me just now

Putting this on Very Easy can actually be tougher than Easy, as Wretches will only deal 5 damage, requiring barrels to get your health to a 6, 3, or 1, then using them to lower yourself (and rarely they may deal 6 due to rounding I think).

If it still seems too tricky, put it on Easy then they will deal 11 damage instead (12 on random rounding), negating the barrel requirement. Once you get low enough, grab the secret armor, causing them and the lava to deal 2 damage, making it easier to get to 1 HP.

Does it still work on the current patch? I've been trying to do it for the past 30 minutes and I haven't gotten it to work.
