The leader of the villainous group called the U-Foes. Once a wealthy industrialist, Simon Utrecht craved more power, conducting an experiment similar to what gave the Fantastic Four their powers. With a group of his friends, he gained the ability of telekinetic repulsion and formed the team U-Foes.

Plays as a reflection, repositioning and limb-manipulation type submission specialist. Quick on his feet, good defensive stats, looking to punish your opponent's mistakes by tapping them out.
