Island of Sodor Challange (PLEASE Read Desc)

"Dear Christopher, here is your friend Thomas the Tank Engine. He wanted to come out of his stationyard and see the world..." Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls, a map that only took me a lazy 20 minutes to make out of a random idea that I had, here, is the SODOR CHALLANGE!

This has been made on a 1.5 style map, with plenty of room for you to recreate sodor and get the up and coming Sodor and Mainland Railway out of crippiling debt, and to change history and help the S&M thrive into the future superpower herritage railway that we know today thanks to the railway series: The North Western Railway.

Certain elements of Sodor have already been created ahead of time to help guide you and get you started.

- Town of Knapford, measured out to build Knapford Station and the shunting yards at the station, as well as the sheds/harbor shunting yards
- Brendam and Knapford Harbor have had waterways leveled out as well as certain goods factories set ahead of time
- A hill just north of Brendam for you to level out and build what is known as the Preston Incline, later renamed "Gordons Hill"
- North of the map has been leveled out in the Western Bank of the map for "The Little Western"
- Sodor Ironworks has been painted and a steelworks made for your 08 Shunters and Scrapyards
- Ffarquar Quarry and the Sodor China Clayworks have been Leveled, painted, and set ahead of time
- Henry's Forest has been Brushed, Painted, and Built ahead of time
- Kirk Ronan Branch Harbor has been leveled, painted, and with a goods factory

The rest is up to you to help build sodor and help get it up and running. The Challenge has been set to HARD, on a 100% flat map so you can use the wonderful assets used to rebuild the towns, stations, and railways throughout the eras to make sodor what it is today. Can you help rebuild sodor by 2050? Will you be the hero and finacial advisor the railway needs? Or, will you make sodor into your own image to the hearts content of what is yours and the communites imagination?
