@pingpan2 I can not really replicate that, can you give me the modoverrides.lua file of the world where this is happening? Click on the wrench symbol, click on Open World Folder, then go to Master and find the modoverrides file. This one contains all the configuration options, I guess it has something to do with a specific combination.
On another hand, do you use a caveless world?

Not sure what is conflicted, but it might be the other mod, Upgradable Chest. Whenever I craft I can craft anything from chest, but not from my bag.

@SallySal sorry but I can't reproduce that. Did you try if the same thing happens with only this mod active? I guess it is a mod incompability, if you can find out which mod that causes I may be able to fix that

Just off-rip I'm able to craft them, the second I join the game. It might have something to do with trees but I'm not really sure.

@SallySal Can you describe how I can reproduce that? Just crafting them or are there specific steps that need to be taken?

Hey! There's an issue with this mod that causes logs and planks to be infinitely craftable? Same with morsel transmogrification on Wilson. If you could fix that, that'd be a real help; this mod is really useful.

@八云澜 Thank you for the description of your problem.
As I said, the mod uses items inside the backpack for crafting, this feature is working correctly.
This also works with caves enabled.
You probably have another modifcation enabled that breaks this modifications backpack crafting.
If you find out which modification causes this (try to only enable this modification and then enable the other ones till you find the culprit), you can tell me which one it is and I can take a look and see if I can fix it from my side.
