Thanks 暗沧, now I understand, although his claim is not very clear to me, because in the wallpaper settings you can turn all settings off and you will get the original image in 1440 resolution.

The common from "樱道“ was said that he didn't like the changes you made to the wallpaper,if possible,he would like you to upload the original wallpaper with not changed.
The common from "talchi" was told you that the original author asked a fee to use the image and didn't want users to upload to creative workshop.
