Tainted Forgotten turns Red Hearts into Bone Orbitals

Description
Tainted Forgotten can now pick up red hearts, which he turns into bone orbitals for the skeleton, at a rate of 1 bone orbital per half a heart. Rotten heart gives 1 bone orbital and 3 blue flies.

but anyway this mod rocks dont make anyone else think otherwise

I really like the idea, but it seems rather overpowered with the high rate of red heart drops. Maybe make like a pocket active that charges with red hearts, and takes 6 pips to recharge. I'd say each half counts as 1 pip and a rotten fills it up completely. If only normal red hearts were used, it spawns 2 bone orbitals. If a rotten heart fills it up, it spawns 3. You might even make it 8 vs 6, but it would need more checks to be sure of balance.
