This adds an admin command that when executed, gives everyone on the server half achievement progress on 8 achievements, a fun way to mess with your friends.

Type "DoAchievementThing" in console to get half achievement progress on most achievements. Typing it twice should be enough, don't spam it or you disconnect everyone with an overflowed reliable buffer Error.

Give ratio per command:
-Ball Eater | 100
-Bad Coder | 250
-Creator | 2500
-Destroyer | 2500
-Doll House | 1000
-Menu User | 50000
-Popper | 500
-Procreator | 500

This doesn't violate any rules btw since it doesn't mess with steam, thus its safe to use.
