I can't believe I had to do this. Ed... I am sorely dissapoint.

Tainted Beth can now pick up rotten hearts. They give her 1 blood charge and 3 blue flies.

This one should be blamed on Kil not Ed, he hasn't been leading development since AB (not AB+)

Personally I think it should give 2 blue flies instead of 3, since that's how many you get for clearing a room with one rotten heart, but great mod otherwise. This should definitely be patched into the base game.

Another good change that absolutely should have been in the base game lol. I understand why they missed some interactions, but I don't know how someone could do 2 or 3 runs testing this character and never think "huh, the gimmick of turning red hearts into charges should probably work with the special types of red hearts".
