Description
Der Ford GT40 ist ein Rennwagen, der ab 1966 vier Jahre in Folge das 24-Stunden-Rennen von Le Mans gewann. Benannt ist er nach Gran Turismo, der Bezeichnung für sportliche, leistungsstarke Coupés und seiner Bauhöhe von 40 Zoll (rd. 102 cm).
