HC-W Trebuchet

Description
Hinged Counter-weight wooden Trebuchet.
Supports any small object - can be reused

RESET
- make sure the lever is straight
- pull back the arm
- make sure the weight clings on the hook (like it was when it spawned)
- put the end (small metal bar) of the basket on the hook of trebuchet arm (like when it was spawned in)
