Report a translation problem
real tattoos are needled under the skin and certain colors (white ink mainly) are never 100% opaque and thus need a little transparency to appear authentic in-game. Especially as time goes on, tattoos fade, and definitely factoring in that it was 1993 in KY.
I want to commend you for adding so much content, and maybe I can make these look a little more life like. But as I said, Ive never made a mod so I will need to figure that out (might need some help!)
