Guide

1. Download the latest version of DxWnd and put it in the game folder (I used v2_05_83_fx2_build)
2. Run DxWnd.exe
3. Then "File" -> "Import ..." -> in the DxWnd program folder, look for a folder named "exports" -> find the profile: Broken Sword - Director's Cut.dxw
4. The game icon will appear. Select it and "Edit" -> "Modify"
5. In "Path:" and "Launch:" add the path to the icon that starts the game "bs1dc.exe", where you installed the game
6. In the "Main" tab, in the "Generic" field select "Fullscreen only"
7. In the "Position" field, in "Window initial position & size" set X50 Y50 W1920 H1080 and select Desktop
8. Confirm by clicking OK
9. Start the game with the icon in the DxWnd program or leave the DxWnd window open and run the game in Steam to have the Steam overlay.
10. In the game settings, set Screen Resolution to Original!

As a side note, mine worked way nicer with No Banner & Run In Window

And turns out there's an even easier way: go to the game directory, ricght-click bs1dc.exe, choose Properties, Compatibility, Change High DPI Settings and Override high DPI scaling behavior (Application)!

Thank you so much! To play it on fullscreen on the latest version, I used the options Run in Window, Force Windowing (previously called Fullscreen Only), X=50 Y=50 W=1920 H=1080 and Desktop on Position!
