Seems things are not well described/broken. This submod works well, but it launches without your overhaul of SFO, even though you list it as required. Your overhaul ruins the mod if you play Khorne. It increases income and buff stats on a couple of buildings by around 700% and it makes skull cannons OP as hell. SFO Skull cannons have just below 200 missile strength, the overhaul spikes them up to almost 1000 of which close to 90% of armor piercing dmg.
Support for this mod will likely stop anyway once CA drops the patch that includes a lot of the units from DAN's roster, but I would remove the requirement for your other mod, which is not required at all.
another issue is that Nurgle recruits his units at full strength. I tried this with this patch and without it and it only happens when its on.
