Cho's Improved Banners

Description
Improves equipable banners, slightly tweaked stats and effects with the goal of making banners feel more intressting.

This is a mod that I been using privately and tinkered with ever since Tww3 release, it is inspired by the Rebanner mod from Tww1/2 but with my own balance changes.

Features:

Not all banners are created equally, but this mod seek to make sure they all have effects that feel impactful enough to equip.
No more banners that has an "+4 leadership" effect and nothing else, since while not a useless stat it is just not interesting enough on its own.
Most banners that felt lacking has gotten either a stat buff or additional effect added to them.

Some banners will still be situational, such as the dreaded "Scarecrow Banner" but should now have a greater effect once the situation arrises.

This is still a work in progress since many banners are race or faction specific as well as rare, and it can therefore be tricky to spot all the ones that could use a touch up.

@Hoo the fool it should already work for current 6.3 live patch, but an update for some new banner tweaks is also coming soon.

@SpiralRazor I'll have to look into it, it's possible CA changed the values around without me noticing the change, this mod does go all the way back to the start of warhammer 3 so there was a lot of changes made early that may not be needed anymore.

Speed went from +30 to +20 after i installed it.

While rangers banner has been improved under your mod, it should still have snipe or something else added to it. BOS is a common, rangers banner is rare. Most people are going to use both of them for movement speed bumps; generally speaking, movement is king.

@Espritviril`` I'll plan to make a list of all the banner changes, just haven't had time to get it done yet sorry.
Majortiy of all banners are unchanged, but there is a bunch of them with minor tweaks and then there's a handful of banners that have similar changes to the screenshot example.

Is there a list of all the changes you made? A comparison would be nice like the screenshot, doubt thats the only banners you changed.

It's actually made me think of a concept form a little while ago. Designing a mod that could allow you to access all banners that you currently own...but open a sperate menu that allows you to directly DRAG and DROP banners onto units, without having to go through the quote frankly terrible current method...of initiating a battle engagement, and dragging all the lord equipt banners from this awful little section, onto units in your army.

I find it utterly staggering...that an alternative method for adding banners to units has not been found or created yet. Especially when we have this plethora of new systems like the hellforge, scrap mechanics, warband system etc. I wish you could just click on a unit in your army in the campaign map, and a new button would appear that just says "add banner". You click on it, it opens up a new window, that allows you to select the banner own that you want that unit to have, click, done.

How I wish for that mod haha.
