Because the M-10 Bulldog was exported wide an far, and even liscence productions were given to allied factions, one of the CFR allies on Pertam developed an upgrade suite, that suits the Planet's conditions while increasing the survivability of the vehicle.

Made by Pertamian Industries of the Republic of Pertam to upgrade their fleet of aging Bulldogs, this upgrade suit adds new armor and targeting systems as well as a Laser Antenna to keep the commander aware of the battlefield around him, the situation on Pertam however with the pirate invasion, kind of slowed down the upgrade process and some facilities fell to pirate hands and from there they made their own T-76 Hyena.

The M-10E however was used in battle against the pirates with favorable results owning to the extensive CFR and RoP Air and Reconnaissance Support
