Description
A large, turret mounted, communications dish. Designed for the purpose of long range communications between planets (if that was possible ingame), or scanning objects from far away.

(Basically just a display piece, nice for a large planet base.)

Controls:
Turret can be aimed from a remote control block, or simply just changing velocity in the Base rotor and the Hinges group.

Known issues:
If you bump something into it really hard, Klang won't like you any more.
Script used for scanning is kinda wack, and I don't fully understand it, so it may not work.
