Cure for Alopecia - a Slaanesh Cultist reskin

Description
Reskins the Slaanesh Cultists, giving them some hair. Also their upsetting choice of gloves and leggings have been replaced with armour.

@crawlers I just tested and it works normally with that mod, the only problem is that 2d portholes look the same as the vanilla, so all the cultist look Bald on portholes.

How'd you manage to close the hole in the rear cloth piece? Was that achieved with the asset editor or another program? The boots are also pretty impressively reshaped. Overall great mod.

Does this give every slaanesh cultist hair, or is this another look alongside the vanilla game cultist looks?
