Fish Fertilizer Ruleset

Description
Adds a new recipe to make fertilizer out of fish at the Food Mill.
Allows storage buildings (Barns, Town Center, etc.) to be moved when they have contents,
Enables ore prospecting in the late game. (vanilla feature which seems to be disabled by default.)

May or may not be balanced. Enjoy.

I found the ruleset in the load screen but when I hid load, it doesn't load.

This may be a super basic question, but I can't figure out how to 'activate' the mod in my game. I'm subscribed, but I didn't see any menu options to turn this on. Any ideas?
