Sawed-off Shotguns in Holster

Description
Allow Sawnoff/Sawed-off (I don't actually know which one it is) shotguns to be placed in holsters.

Requires:
- Item Tweaker API

Recommended:
- Actual Sawnoff Shotguns (Otherwise the shotguns look ridiculous)

I had issues getting the Item Tweaker API to play nice while making this, so let me know if this doesn't work correctly and I'll take a closer look.
Additionally, this should HOPEFULLY work on servers (lua code is stored as shared) but if it doesn't let me know also.

Late responding but this mod should be compatible with Brita's. Although I've not played Zomboid in a while nor used Brita's so I can't confirm. Worst case scenario is that mod will overwrite this one and make it so the shotgun doesn't holster.
