Early Game Nosh Beans

Description
Moves the upper temperature limit of Nosh Beans up 20 degrees C.

Nosh Beans are a little too weird to be viable in any playthrough at the moment (in my opinion). This lessens the requirements enough to make them viable as a next stop past Mealwood plant. Especially when combined with my Ethanol Fermenter mod.
