Orbital Science Uses Researching Skill

Description
Did you know that the orbital data collection lab building uses a dup's Machinery skill? Neither did I.

Obviously this doesn't make sense. It should use Researching. With the added benifit of adding a way to train a dup in Research renewably.

This mod fixes this.
