Description:
Implemented 360-degree shooting for all units, and only take effect on players.
Support for units added by MOD.

Comes with two additional traits, Sniper and Woodland Dweller.
Parthian Archery: 360-degree shooting.
Sniper: Keep stealth when shooting, provided that the unit itself has stealth skills, or hides in hidden terrain, such as woods.
Woodland Dwellers: Troops are not affected by the slowing and attack-reducing effects of the woods.

实现了所有单位360度射击，并且可以只对玩家生效。支持MOD新增的单位
附送额外两个特性，狙击和林地居民。

特性说明：
帕提亚箭术：360度射击。
狙击：射击时保持隐蔽状态，前提是部队本身有隐蔽技能，或者躲在隐蔽地形里，比如树林。
林地居民：部队不会受到树林的减速和减少攻击的效果影响。
