Alternate Roman Flag

An alternate flag (the top part of the flag is a black bar, not clear, it just blends in with the background) of the Roman Empire for players of a Christian Roman Empire (I did not create this flag, I merely turned it into a mod, the original can be found in the "Superpowers" section of the Alternate History wiki).
