I am sorry but GIMP doesn't work on my PC so I have to use PAINT 3D which is OK. I can't make the best mods as I am not a very good artist, but I try my best.

there are no tails, no shadows, no details...
Did you use Gimp or similar tool where you can paint on different layers?
