Lava Nails (Incendiary Ammo)

This mod replaces the Incendiary Ammo packs with boxes of Lava Nails from Quake Mission Pack 2: Dissolution of Eternity. The carriable item is the small Lava Nails box, and the placed version is the large Lava Nails box. Both items use point sampled textures to maintain their original look, and have glowing bits (done via $detail to avoid consistency problems) that flash a bit. Also includes custom icons for the item itself.
