Description
Happy April Fools/Spring Japes! This mod adds 3 new quirky Fire Emblem civilizations to the game.
Note: This mod was made and tested with BNW, so I can't guarantee any of these civilizations will work properly without the DLC.

Kempf's Friege actively encourages a policy of passive-aggressiveness and opportunistic play. Routinely taunting your neighbors and the rest of the known world directly benefits you, both offensively and defensively, letting you build up an army for an opportunistic strike or preparing a defensive force against a potentially daunting neighbor. Watching hordes of enemy units swarm into your lands is a marvelous thing for Friege, as their UU can quickly whittle down overly bunched up enemies, while the UB provides Science for every enemy slain in your territory, furthering your Research progress and therefore your leg up over the rabble around you!
Kempf of Friege
UA: Conniving Stratagems
Every active Denunciation provides an XP bonus for newly built Units and bonus Defense for your cities. Upon declaring war on a Major Civilization already at War, or being declared on by a Major Civilization, receive a random Yield bonus.

UU: Venin Division (Cavalry)
Ignores Zone of Control. When attacking an enemy unit, deals chip damage to enemy units adjacent to the attacked unit.

UB: Imperial Fortress (Castle)
Costs 3 GPT to maintain. +2 Science, and -25% Culture/Gold cost of acquiring new tiles in this city if the city has never been captured. This bonus increases by +1/-3% for each active Denunciation you have. Enemy units in this city's borders provide a burst of Science when defeated.

Farina's Ilia is an unorthodox Domination-Diplomatic civilization that forces the player to carefully balance their Gold and Golden Ages for potentially powerful rewards. Traditional city gold sinks are discouraged given the nature of the UA, so your Gold may instead be spent on buddying up with City-States for more money from Mercenary Contracts and sinking into your UU for powerful bonuses! With smart, careful play, and management of your Golden Ages, Ilia can get past its eternal anchor of debt and drown in Gold and City-State alliances like nobody else!
Farina of Ilia
UA: Soaring Debt
Cost of purchasing Units and Buildings in cities is increased by +50%. -50% Gold, +25% Production and +1 Trade Route during Golden Ages. May perform Mercenary Contracts with Combat Units, selling off the unit to a random civ in exchange for Gold and Golden Age points. The bonuses earned from Mercenary Contracts increases based on the unit's XP and your current DoF's/City-State alliances

UU: Strongwing (Lancer)
Not effective against mounted units and costs more Gold to maintain. May hover over impassable terrain and ignores terrain costs, but takes 50 damage if ending its turn on a Mountain tile.
May spend Gold on the Strongwing to either heal it, fully restore its movement or receive a unique +10% Combat Bonus that can be given up to 3 times. +15% Combat Bonus and increased Flanking Bonus if starting next to an adjacent Strongwing.

UB: Third Wing Outpost (Caravansary)
+15% Production when building Mounted and Helicopter/Flying units. +1 Gold and +1 Production from incoming Trade Routes to this city. +1 Gold from Horses and Pegasi worked by this city.

Ophelia's League of Chosen Ones is a fairly straight forward Culture-Science hybrid that rewards earning as many Great Works as possible. With these works blessed by the stars in hand, the League of Chosen Ones can easily work towards either a Cultural or Scientific victory depending on the circumstance, making them fairly versatile. Playing wide in order to obtain even more Great Works works naturally for the Maiden of Dusk since Great Works effectively act as Happiness buildings. But if you need to earn those cities through force, or are put on the back force by some evil-doer, the Starlight Sorcerer is a potent unit in its own right, able to temporarily empower itself for one turn to push back against any threat! If you love collecting Great Works and blazing ahead of your foes' Culturally and Scientifically, then Ophelia may just be the maiden for you.
Ophelia of The League of Chosen Ones
UA: Celestial Blessings
Earns Cultural Great People points upon researching a Technology relative to how many Great Works you own. +2 Happiness and +1 Science from Great Works.

UU: Starlight Sorcerer (Crossbowman)
Unlocked at Astronomy. Slightly weaker than the Crossbowman (10/16 vs 13/18). May use the "Ginnungugap" ability to increase this units Combat Strength and Ranged Combat Strength by +100% for 1 turn. After this ability is used, the unit suffers from -80% Combat Strength and Ranged Combat Strength for 1 turn, and may not use Ginnungugap for 1 turn. May promote into a Dusk Diviner after earning 5 levels.

Unique Component: Dusk Diviner
Can only be obtained by either promoting a Starlight Sorcerer or earning it from a Luminary Lookout. May either perform a Concert Tour, or be expended whilst garrisoned in a city to earn a free Great Work Slot of your choosing. This may only be performed once per city.

UB: Luminary Lookout (Observatory)
Doesn't require an adjacent Mountain to be built. Costs 1 GPT to maintain, and provides +25% Science (25% vs 50%).
Comes with three Great Work of Writing Slots which, if filled for the first time, provide a free Dusk Diviner. These Slots also cause the Luminary Lookout to yield +2 Food and +2 Science if they stay filled.
