Worthy Ascension Perks (4.1)

Description
Updated to 4.1.*
This is an updated version of the Worthy Ascension Perks mod by Only Karlos, a mod which aims to improve the less interesting and underwhelming Ascension Perks.
The Original 3.2 Version can be found here.

Changes
Aside from upping the values for various Ascension Perks, and adding additional, thematically suitable modifiers, this mod adds new mechanics to some vanilla Ascension Perks, check out the examples above for reference!
Ascension Perks may
- have Temporary Modifiers which last 25 Years and slowly diminish during that time
- have Scaling Modifiers increase with the total number of Ascension Perks you have unlocked
- gain additional effects when chosen First or Last (8th)

Compatibility
Subscribe to the Worthy Ascension Perks Patch by Lordlony(thanks!).
Also consider using ! Sartek Tradition - Ascension Perk Merger.
Otherwise if you're running into issues with other mods let me know.

Suggestions
If you feel like certain Perks are too weak, too uninteresting or have other issues leave some feedback below.

Doubling down on the recent changes. I’ll post a comprehensive changelog this weekend, along with a fix for some minor localization mistakes I’m already aware of. Sorry for the inconvenience — no more major changes are planned for the foreseeable future. As always, if there are any issues, please let me know.

@A-Sartek Of course, should be there now

Hello @mute, I'm liking the new changes in triggered modifiers! I'm making it compatible again with my merger mod and while the global flag is still useful I wanted to ask... Is it possible that you add a scripted variable (scripted_variables folder) for your mod? It could be named anything that you'd like, this variable is useful for parsing, particularly for inline scripts, which is a more performance-friendly solution when merging stuff.

Example below:

#################
# WORTHY
#################

@has_mute_ap_active = 1

#################
# END
#################

Thank you for updating. I love the first and last adoption features, useful things like +1 civic slot!

Thank you, that was misinput, I've played prior 4.1 and had some issues, anyway, everything is working, thanks

Are you maybe using any other mods which could be causing the issue? I just tested it and there weren't any issues, in any language.

In any case; 4.1 is here, and Worthy Perks is updated, too! With some experimental changes this time. Balance is likely non-existent, but leave feedback nonetheless.

@Quindite I might've pushed something accidentally at some point, not sure.

Did you ever change it? It hasn't been updated in a while.

@A-Sartek Thank you for the Feedback! You're absolutely right, that's an oversight on my part. I'll change it when I get a free minute
