Collector and Shambler now Spawn in the Courtyard

Feels like it's been way too long since I last made a mod, so here's a simple little something-something I cooked up for all you fellow Crimson Court fans!

This mod, as its name suggests, was originally intended to allow both the Collector and Shambler to be encounterable in the Courtyard, assuming their spawn conditions were met. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Courtyard Blood Torch always being set to 100 (or some high value), the Shambler couldn't be encountered randomly. So I decided to just throw the Shamber's Alter into the curio pool for the Crimson Court.

The spawn rates, along with the spawn conditions, for the Collector and Shambler Alter have not been altered from their rates as they are found in other dungeons. While I haven't tested this mod for balance or difficulty, I have confirmed that it at least works on a technical level.
