Maximus is the genius and insane brother of Black Bolt who often plots against the Inhuman Royal Family. More recently, he has been cooperating with the Royal Family under Medusa's rule.

Plays as a heel with primitive and very basic abilities who feels oppressed by the high-fliers of his era so he constantly has to b*tch and whine about their style being "not real wrestling" while he brawls with his b*tch-*ss moves and has to resort to dirty tactics when he can't get the job done (which is always)
