how do you determine the Z ?

Depends on how you want the missile to fly and what altitude you fire it from. A little bellow what you fire it at if you are flying. Maybe 200 if you are firing from ground without obstacles in the way. Experiment to find out.

A value of the distance that you wish ofr the "Cruise Stop Range" and "Cruise Altitude".
