Description
Really simple mod that makes Mountain Move work on Coal Mines and Hills. Now moving on Coal Mines and Hills should only cost one AP!

Coal mines may appear as recruitable citadels for the Dwarf Queen, but I believe you still can't place Dvalas in them anyways, so it should be fine if a little annoying to have the coal mines clog up your recruitment ui. I just hold right click on the terrain to recruit instead anyways :)
