Changes:
- Five golden blocks can be brought to the obsidian pedestals in the center of the map to open the trapdoor leading to the hospital's traitor tester
- Fixed 3D skybox
- Added TTT weapon spawns that allow addon weapons as well as base TTT weapons
- Removed the tester's original traitor trap

Also, I wanted to optimize the map a bit but every time I tried to compile with the optimization changes, the compile would crash. Sorry :(
