Here's a suggestion because pretty much nobody did it:

-Due to the accurate size of the Teletubbies costumes that the show actors use, they will be taller than the average human

-Tinky Winky should be a little taller than an Android

-Dipsy should be slightly shorter than Tinky Winky

-Laa-Laa is shorter than Dipsy

-Po is shorter than Laa-Laa

Bonus Suggestion: Noo-Noo (that funny vaccum cleaner that sucks up the teletubbies' custard)
