This is not a mod. This provides files to modders for creating mods.

Contents:
* 3D Models for police officer uniforms and the police cars (in FBX format)
* Textures for police officer uniforms and the police cars
* Helper textures to make the modding even easier (and cooler) for you!
* Examples for ELS Modding with example sound files and .json files

I subscribed. What now?
* Make sure steam downloaded the files. Sometimes restarting steam helps
* Access the files in your steam library: <PathToYourSteamLibrary>/steamapps/workshop/997010/2782471905
* Load the FBX models into a 3D painting tool, use the provided demo textures as base - and start to paint!
* When you are done, take your new texture files, put them in a new mod pack and upload them to the workshop
