Handcrafting Expansion Adjustments

Several personal adjustments to Handcrafting Expansion that make it just a little bit nicer.

The vanilla ice cream icon has been switched out for a rope icon, which is a suitably recognizable vanilla item to convey the meaning of vanilla items. The first and third tabs - the All tab and the Vanilla tab respectively - have been swapped, because I felt the Vanilla tab should be at the top, as well as the one that's selected by default.

I wasn't actually intending to release this mod, but I decided to just go ahead and do so anyways, as other people might like the changes I made. I hope you enjoy!
