This lite version of the Melee Always Hits mod reduces the melee aim bonus from 200% to 25%, so most units will have a 100% to hit with melee by default, but now you have a chance to defend against it with aim reducing abilities or defense increasing buffs.

The bonus applies to all Xcom, Aliens, Lost, and units added by mods.

Melee is now *about* as deadly as it was back in Enemy Unknown

I recommend pairing this mod with Impairment Rebalance or Less Unconscious WOTC so people don't pass out from high-chance melee attacks
