The rich space campaign

Description
This mod add a new campaign : The rich space.

In this campaign, you'll earn more resources faster but the ennemys are stronger
The stats are :

- x 1.2 metal prod
- x 1.3 XP prod
- x 1.05 fuel prod
- x 1.1 energy prod
- 2 starting energy
- 15% obstacles coverage (40% in the base game)

More update when I want.
