This guide attempts to ease such stress.

= Foraging Explanation =
Foraging in Lunacid is quite simple. All you gotta do is hit a brekable object like flowers or pots, and more often than not, you'll get an ingredient for alchemy. Recipes are listed here:
~ Ashes
Given by: Breaking pots. Higher chance to get them when breaking pots on the Temple of Silence. Also given by killing skeleton enemies and their variables, aswell as breaking coffins.

~ Onyx
Given by: Mummy in the Temple of Silence or by Shulkers.
~ Yellow Morel
Given by: Breaking Yellow Morel Mushrooms in the Yosei Forest

~ Destroying Angel
Given by: Wide flat mushrooms. and apparently venus/neptunes too
~ Obsidian
Given by: Hollow's Basin Shulkers, Catacombs Mares
~ Ocean Bone Shard
Given by: Breaking crates and barrels. You can also get them by killing Snails.
~ Lotus Seed Podd
Given by: Breaking the Lotus Seed Podd plant located all over The Fetid Mire

~ Fire Opal
Given by: Cursed Paintings In the Accursed Tomb and Necronomicons in the Archives
~ Snowflake Obsidian
Given by: Mi-Go
~ Opal
Given by: Breaking crates and Barrels, killing shulkers and Yakuls
~ Ectoplasm
Obtained by defeating Phantoms in the Mausoleum/Castle Le Fanu and the Poltergeists in the Castle
~ Moon Petals
Castle Le Fanu / Mausoleum entrance
~ Bloodweed
~ Vampiric Ashes
Obtained by killing vampires
~ Fool's Gold
Obtained by killing Hallowed Husks in the Sealed Ballroom
~ Ocean Bone Shell
Drop from Mi-gos and Enlightened ones.
~ Bones
Given by Skeletons, Obsidian Skeletons, and the Embalmed in the Sand Tempill.
~ Fire Coral
Found in the Boiling Grotto
~ Ikurr'ilb Root
Dropped by Ikurr'ilb
~ Fiddlehead
Found in the Forlon Arena

Yellow morels can be obtained from Venus enemies in the forest underground.

There's a material not in the list called "Ocean Bone Shell" (not to be confused with the Ocean Bone Shard ) that drops from the Mi-go enemies. Dunno about others, though.
