Description
I noticed that for the longest time Hive Minds had exactly two powerful civics in Ascetic and Devouring Swarm and nothing else. DLCs have added powerful alternatives but in the base game this is still true. Non-genocidal Hive Minds had no strong civics to pick from beyond Ascetic.

This mod brings Mining Guilds, a decent civic for regular Empires, over to Hive Minds in order to give them some additional variety in their civic choices.

This mod overrides:
Nothing! Always compatible.
Last tested and working on 4.0.22 but should work with any game version.
