Description
I've released an update cutting power output in half for all the RTGs.
In addition, Pu238 Pellet yield was reduced by 90% and the cost to craft a General Purpose Heat Source has been increased 10x with the BP now only yielding 1.

Full credit goes to Drone185 for creating this mod. Thank you for this great addition to the game!
Y'all can find the original mod here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1682170138

This version of the mod is silent and outputs the following amounts of power;
Small Grid 1x1x1 - Power Output: 250 kW
Small Grid - Power Output: 7.38 MW
Small Grid Cased - Power Output: 7.38 MW
Large Grid Tier 1 - Power Output: 7.5 MW
Large Grid Tier 1 Cased - Power Output: 7.5 MW
Large Grid Tier 2 - Power Output: 150 MW
Large Grid Tier 2 Cased - Power Output: 150 MW

I hope y'all enjoy this version of Drone185's mod!

@Aethelfrith
Use the original mod, it still works.

@Aethelfrith I'm working on a realistic version of the same mod which will be more to your liking. They are slightly more powerful than the real-life GPHS-RTG which powers NASA space and lander missions.

thank you for the how to with the P238!

The original mod actually still seems to work.

Any chance for a drastically nerfed version? I love using RTGs for emergency backup power to trickle charge my batteries in case of grid overload, but it's way too powerful as is.

Find some uranium and refine it, you'll get some P238 as a byproduct which you can use to make the heat sources.

I like the mod but... where do you get the Plutonium to make the pellet that allows you to build it in survival?
Is it on asteroids or something that you need to find?

Yeah way OP.

Cool to have these back, but the power output seems WAY over the top. These aren't reactors, they're RTGs, they output a steady trickle of power essentially infinitely. As is, these are superior to reactors in every way, and are just the best power source in the game. The originals filled a specific role along with the rest of the power blocks.
