Animated TV Mod - Captain Pronin in USA (2878 Frames)

My first ever workshop submission, a TV mod of the 2nd episode of a bizarre Russian cartoon from the early 1990's called Captain Pronin Superstar (Probably the first time someone made a mod of such a thing). I'm not joking when I say that the premise to this particular episode is that Don Corleone is threatening President Clinton with a computer that in the press of a button, turns into a killer dancing cyborg called Car Man. Ideal for when you want the game to partially take place in Russia or just want something different from the workshop norm to liven things up a bit.
