More Interactive Vassals - disable AI Germania + enable AI HRE

Description
Load after More Interactive Vassals mod.
Disables AI AI Germania.
Lowers AI HRE requirements from realm 140 to 120, kingdoms 3 to 2, pope opinion from high to low, gold from 500 to 250.

@pcus Mod is updated. Now it disables AI cathlic germania and enables easier AI HRE.

@pcus Mod creator has "removed easier kingdom / empire title creation, now they need to meet the same vanilla requirements"
I'll update the mod so the AI won't create germania but it will be more likely to create HRE

@pcus Its compatible with 1.5.1.1 but I can check if the main mod had any updates that impact this one and push an update. Hopefully today or tomorrow

It would be better if the title of the body could be restored, and more vassal interaction would make it too easy for the vassal to increase the level
